Project Overview:
Over 60,000 sq.ft of central open space was to be designed in the lieu of contour land.
Challenges:
- Due to contour topography the club house needed to be camouflaged in landscape. Appropriate terracing based on various amenities was to be designed
Solution:
The design included a partly submerged club house with terraced landscaping integrating the rooftop of the club house into the greens.
Project Timeline:
1 month for designing .9 months for execution.
