Project Overview:
Cummins was coming up with a mega site at Phaltan with would be housing 4 companies.
Challenges:
Total of 10 lakh sqft had to be designed in 30 days with the tender document. No other design studio were ready to accept the timelines.
Solution:
4 different teams were deployed. Designs were presented within 15 days.Final approved design was submitted on 24rth day with 3d visuals.By 30th day the Tender document was submitted.
